For most of us, this will be the first time we’ve gathered in person in two long years. And while a lot has changed, one thing that hasn’t is the importance of doing business and meeting new people face to face. As always, we are honored to provide a forum for these critical interactions, and we take this responsibility very seriously.

Based on your feedback and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which continue to evolve, we are planning the live event with your health & safety as our number-one priority. We’ll be requiring that attendees be fully vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19 daily; mandating that masks be worn indoors; creating more outdoor meeting space; changing our approach to food service; and working with our longtime partners at the InterContinental on sanitization and distancing initiatives to keep you safe as you do business. Click here for more details about our health & safety protocols.

We recognize that not everyone is going to be ready to travel in Q1 2022, so we are also planning to host a companion Kidscreen Summit Virtual event two weeks later from March 7 to 11. It will feature adapted versions of some of our signature networking formats; a unique lineup of panels, presentations and Q&As; and access to recordings of session highlights from the live event, including the Kidscreen Awards.

Live Pass holders will have access to BOTH events. Virtual Pass holders can attend Kidscreen Summit Virtual and catch up on live event content via our on-demand video library.
